After the sell out success of its first seasonal event for Winter, Baroque is excited to announce the dates of its Spring Les Quatre Saisons de Baroque seasonal menu preview dinner.

Taking place on Tuesday August 30 and Wednesday August 31, the event will showcase four brand new dishes and the best of Spring’s seasonal produce. Created by Baroque’s Chef de Cuisine Peter Robertson in conjunction with multi-award winning Patisserie Chef Jean-Michel Raynaud, each of these courses will provide guests with the first sneak peek into Baroque’s menu for the season.

In line with the Vivaldi ‘Four Season’s’ event inspiration, each course will be accompanied by musical performances from the famed Baroque composers thrilling concerto. To complete the evening, guests will also be the first to sample Baroque’s brand new range of three spring seasonal macaron flavours:
Dark Chocolate & Rosemary
Praline Orange Blossom
Blood Orange & Saffron

Tickets are offered at just $120 each, which includes matching wines, and go on sale
early July to newsletter subscribers, and are part of the Baroque Facebook and Twitter community. Normal release will go on sale late July.
